How do you sell your products?
We are a traditional brick-and-mortar grocery store. We are also now delivering to residents in Santa Rosa (restrictions apply). We also do curbside pick up for customers who wish to not enter our store. We also ship our goods (restrictions apply) to anyone in the continental U.S.A.
How does your delivery service work?
We deliver to anyone within the city limits of Santa Rosa. We do the deliveries ourselves and do not use any third-party service. There is a 2 hour minimum window period between your order and chosen time of delivery. Someone must be present at household to acknowledge receipt of delivery. Someone 21+ years of age must be present for deliveries with alcohol.
Do you plan on expanding your delivery zone in the future?
Depending on business demands, we might expand our delivery service into Rohnert Park and Windsor in the near future. If any customers really want a delivery to Rohnert Park or Windsor at this time, shoot us an email at email@example.com. We will see how we can make that possible.
Why is a portion of my order not fulfilled?
Sometimes we run into unfortunate circumstances. If we are not able to fill a particular item order, we will contact the customer. We will do our best to replace it with a comparable item. If that is not an option, we will refund the customer their money back.
How does your curbside pickup work?
Arrive at our store at your chosen pick-up time and park at any of our parking spaces. Call us at 707-542-3513 with the name of the order and tell us the Make & Model of your vehicle. One of our associates will come out and place your order in your vehicle.
There's an item your store should have, but I don't see it on the online store. What do I do?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the product you desire, and we will try our best to help you out.
What is Asia Mart's return policy?
We have a 7 day Return Policy. Receipt is required for all refunds. Currently, we are not accepting refunds on the following:
- Any frozen foods or perishables
- Opened/unwrapped merchandise
We are also unable to do any refunds for any orders that are shipped.
Can you ship perishables to my address?
We are unable to ship any alcohol, vegetables, fruits, roots, frozen goods, refrigerated goods or bulk rice (15+ pounds bags), rice cookers or cases of noodles to any address in the Continental U.S.A.
